What is the Jewelry made of?
Our designer jewelry is unique and each piece is different. Our jewelry is made of brass, copper and/or silver.
Please note that the silver content is not guaranteed and can vary in each individual design.Some of the most commonly used stones in our jewelry are cubic zirconia, cultured pearls, lab-made rubies, emeralds, blue sapphires, amethyst, and garnet.
How should I care for my pieces?
To keep your styles at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics when wearing fashion jewelry; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume.
Jewelry that is not solid gold or gold filled should never be worn in the shower, pool or ocean. Please visit the product page for each item for more detailed care instructions.
Do you have Quality Guarantee?
If your piece is less than perfect upon arrival, we want to know! Please send a photo to HelpMe@DoubleCJewelry.com within 3 business days and our Customer Care Team will get back to you with a solution. We’re here to help Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm (EST), and aim to respond within 24 business hours.

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?
Please refer to the terms and conditions of the promo code to determine if you can combine it with other offers.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?
You do not need an account to make a purchase.
You can check out as a guest – however we do strongly recommend creating an account.

How can I check the status of my order?
We will send you timely updates about your order via email.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
We don’t ship internationally yet but we’re working on it so it will be available soon.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
We offer free Standard shipping on all US orders at and above $199. Please note that the shipping threshold applies to the total paid after discounts are applied and before taxes.
Orders below $199 will be charged a fee for shipping and handling.
Where do you ship?
At this time, we only ship throughout the Continental U.S., excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam and Puerto Rico.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
When will my order ship?
Note that orders generally process within 2 business days, not including holidays and weekends.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once the order has been processed.
Please allow for up to 24 hours after the shipment confirmation email has been sent to be able to track the package.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes will be delivered via USPS through our Standard shipping method. We only provide Economy shipping to PO Boxes.
Expedited orders require a physical address.
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses.
What is your return policy for online orders?
Merchandise, unless marked as final sale or otherwise noted, can be returned for a full refund to your original form of payment within 30 days of purchase.
Products must be returned unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Gift sets must be returned in their entirety to be eligible for a refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Sale Items are FINAL SALE.
